Fame! Fortune! The chance to play before the kinkiest audience in the world!

Okay, 1 out of 3 isn't too bad. If you're in a band that wants to perform at the Folsom Street Fair 2009, or if you have friends in a band, or if you have a favorite band that you know, start getting that demo & press kit together. We are also looking for DJs as well.

We are accepting applications to perform at the 2009 Folsom Street Fair starting March 1, 2009. Relax, there's no form to fill out, just send us a demo and everything you want us to know about you.

Your press kit should include at a minimum: An introduction, a band bio, at least one picture, and a CD. Other materials are welcome.

We are accepting demo material through July 14th. Unfortunately, there are a limited number of band slots, and we are unable to accommodate every act. All selected performers will be contacted on or by August 1, 2009. While we realize that waiting is never easy, please refrain from contacting our office regarding selection status.

Demos should be sent to our office via US Mail and marked "Attn: Entertainment Committee". All demos will be reviewed in the order that they are recieved. We're sorry but demos can not be returned.

Please note that because the Folsom Street Fair is a community fund raiser, there is very limited or no financial compensation for the performers. Please don't submit a press kit if this is an issue for you.
